Premium access requirement
Admin Reports ships with Premium Provider bundles. Managers and billing users on Premium see the gauge menu entry tied to that organization's subscription tier.
Family-focused plans intentionally upgrade-gate the menu entry—you’ll see a disabled label with upgrade messaging rather than /manager/dashboard.
How to open Admin Reports
On the web
- Sign in (
app.behca.com,au.behca.com, staging, etc.). - Click Admin Reports in the top navigation row (gauge / speedometer icon). The submenu lists the tabs that duplicate the horizontal Admin strip.
- You land on Overview (
/manager/dashboard) by default.
On narrow or mobile breakpoints the standalone Admin Reports entry may disappear from the top bar altogether. Either widen the viewport or bookmark /manager/dashboard (swap host/country domains as needed).
On mobile / compact layouts
If you rely on condensed navigation, collapse the header menu (hamburger / compact icon variants) until you expose Overview shortcuts or reopen the bookmarked /manager/dashboard URL referenced above.
What opens next?
Once authenticated, BEHCA injects an additional horizontal tab strip (Overview • Team Activity • Team Billing • EVV • MAR • IRs • Documents Archive—that exact list adapts per plan capabilities). Detailed descriptions live in:
The gear ⚙️ menu still handles Manage Team, Manage Groups, Organization Settings, and similar operations—it is unrelated to Admin Reports tabs.
Common questions
- I only see per-person charts. — Navigate to
/manager/dashboardor open Admin Reports from desktop-width navigation after confirming Premium entitlement. - Is this Analyze Dashboard under a different name? — No. Analyze scopes to the profile switcher. Admin Reports always scopes to whichever groups / ungrouped slice you filtered.
- Why do numbers take a heartbeat to populate? — Overview loads KPI values progressively; placeholders or Loading dashboard… appear briefly before counts settle.
