After launching Admin Reports, BEHCA adds a secondary navigation strip anchored under the universal header row. Selecting a tab loads that area while keeping filters where those screens reuse the same toolbar.
Refer back to Introduction if you need to confirm Premium prerequisites or bookmarks for /manager/dashboard.
Tabs on the horizontal strip
| Visible label | What it emphasizes | Canonical URL snippet |
|---|---|---|
Overview (/manager/dashboard) |
KPI cards vs prior period of equal length, charts, staffing table | /manager/dashboard |
Team Activity (/manager/dashboard/user-activity) |
Who contributed entries across observable profiles inside your cohort | /manager/dashboard/user-activity |
Team Billing (/manager/dashboard/team-billing) |
Financial / EVV adjacency surfaced only when billing tools tied to EVV are enabled | /manager/dashboard/team-billing |
EVV (/manager/dashboard/evv) |
Consolidated Electronic Visit Verification + CSV exports (+ archived sessions sibling tab) | /manager/dashboard/evv |
MAR (/manager/dashboard/mar) |
Org-wide MAR reporting | /manager/dashboard/mar |
IRs (/manager/dashboard/ir) |
Incident reporting rollups (IRs here vs Incident Reports in the global Track row) | /manager/dashboard/ir |
Documents Archive (/manager/dashboard/documents-archive) |
Archived attachments / supporting bundles | /manager/dashboard/documents-archive |
Plans without EVV tooling automatically hide tabs like Team Billing or EVV—trust what you see rendered for your tenant.
Tabs share the same premium guardrails outlined in Introduction.
Tab-by-tab synopsis
- Overview focuses on rollup KPI deltas, trending charts tied to whichever groups you scoped, plus the staffing table spelled out in the dedicated Overview-tab article below.
- Team Activity helps managers audit who tracked what vs which profile/time window intersects your cohort filter.
- Team Billing / EVV combine finance compliance features when subscriptions include EVV; CSV exports emphasize regulator-friendly payloads.
- MAR summarizes medication administration fidelity across observable profiles respecting your group picker.
- IRs is the abbreviated label for Incident Reports aggregates without leaving the staffing context.
- Documents Archive may omit Overview’s blue filter rails—consult that screen directly when filtering archived payloads.
Detailed filter controls plus KPI narration live in Overview tab — groups, dates, KPIs & table.
Separate from Admin Reports tabs: the ⚙️ gear cluster
Administrative chores live to the upper-right gear menu:
| Gear entry | Typical destination |
|---|---|
Manage Team (/staff equivalents) |
Invitations / roles |
Manage Profiles (/profiles equivalents) |
Active vs archived observable records |
| Manage Groups | Group scaffolding feeding Admin filters |
| MAR Review (when MAR allowed) | Versioned approvals |
| Organization Settings | /organization/settings |
These maintain structures powering Admin Reports, but toggling them doesn’t behave like swapping Admin tabs.
Also note: Incident Reports in the Track row launches the single-profile inbox /ir/{observable}, whereas Admin’s IRs tab summarizes many profiles concurrently.
Common questions
- I only see Overview + MAR—where’s EVV? — Tabs render conditionally based on subscription actions; confirm EVV entitlement or contact Billing.
- Do tabs remember my filters? — Mostly yes for group + date combos on Overview-aligned screens; Documents Archive resets select controls purposely.
- Can guests open these tabs? — Admin Reports expects manager/billing permissions; restricted roles keep seeing Analyze-only dashboards.
