After launching Admin Reports, BEHCA adds a secondary navigation strip anchored under the universal header row. Selecting a tab loads that area while keeping filters where those screens reuse the same toolbar.

Refer back to Introduction if you need to confirm Premium prerequisites or bookmarks for /manager/dashboard.

Plans without EVV tooling automatically hide tabs like Team Billing or EVV—trust what you see rendered for your tenant.

Tab-by-tab synopsis

  • Overview focuses on rollup KPI deltas, trending charts tied to whichever groups you scoped, plus the staffing table spelled out in the dedicated Overview-tab article below.
  • Team Activity helps managers audit who tracked what vs which profile/time window intersects your cohort filter.
  • Team Billing / EVV combine finance compliance features when subscriptions include EVV; CSV exports emphasize regulator-friendly payloads.
  • MAR summarizes medication administration fidelity across observable profiles respecting your group picker.
  • IRs is the abbreviated label for Incident Reports aggregates without leaving the staffing context.
  • Documents Archive may omit Overview’s blue filter rails—consult that screen directly when filtering archived payloads.

Separate from Admin Reports tabs: the ⚙️ gear cluster

Administrative chores live to the upper-right gear menu:

These maintain structures powering Admin Reports, but toggling them doesn’t behave like swapping Admin tabs.

Also note: Incident Reports in the Track row launches the single-profile inbox /ir/{observable}, whereas Admin’s IRs tab summarizes many profiles concurrently.


Common questions

  • I only see Overview + MAR—where’s EVV? — Tabs render conditionally based on subscription actions; confirm EVV entitlement or contact Billing.
  • Do tabs remember my filters? — Mostly yes for group + date combos on Overview-aligned screens; Documents Archive resets select controls purposely.
  • Can guests open these tabs? — Admin Reports expects manager/billing permissions; restricted roles keep seeing Analyze-only dashboards.
