Fleet exports originate from whichever Admin Reports tab surfaced the asset; they always reuse the currently committed filter context unless a modal states otherwise.
Export XLS (Overview-aligned tabs)
Where it appears
The Export XLS button sits to the right of the calendar rail on Overview and other tabs that reuse the standard admin filter strip (not Documents Archive or EVV-special layouts that swap controls).
Selecting it bundles the same groups + date boundaries already applied to KPI cards into a spreadsheet-oriented download managers can circulate.
Behavioral notes
- Export contents mirror what you filtered—if a group checkbox is unchecked, those profiles disappear from the workbook tabs.
- Large organizations may notice a brief delay while aggregates finish; rely on browser download prompts rather than double-click spamming Export XLS.
- Treat downloaded files like any other PHI-bearing artifact (encrypted storage, least-privilege sharing).
CSV exports centered on EVV
On /manager/dashboard/evv (and archived sessions when applicable), the UI emphasizes Export CSV instead of Excel for regulator-friendly payloads. Apply the same disciplined date + cohort filtering before initiating the download button beside Add Visit.
For visit workflows (starting or ending shifts, correcting visits), stay in What EVV is and when you need it and linked EVV articles.

Common questions
- Why is Export disabled? — Your plan/tab may omit spreadsheets (upgrade-gated Family tiers) or Documents Archive purposely hides managerial exports until you reopen Overview.
- Can I automate nightly downloads? — The website does not offer scheduled pushes; speak with BEHCA support about approved integrations.
- Analyze vs Admin export differences? — Analyze exports stay single-profile whereas Admin merges across group selections concurrently.
