**MAR Reporting** is the medication-record view under **Analyze**. It lays out a profile’s medications against the dates in your range and shows how each administration went — given, skipped, or refused — along with who administered it.

It is the third Analyze tab in the profile strip, with **Dashboard** and **Audit Log**.

## Who can see it

MAR Reporting appears when all of these are true:

- The profile has **MAR tracking** turned on
- Your plan includes **MAR tracking**
- You’re a **manager** for the profile’s organization, or you have MAR access for that profile

On a plan without MAR, the tab is greyed out or shows an upgrade prompt.

## Where to find it

### On the web

1. Select the profile in the profile switcher.
2. Open **Analyze**, then choose **MAR Reporting** in the profile strip.

On a wide screen, the expand control widens the table to the full window.

### On a phone or small screen (website)

Use a **web browser** — not the BEHCA app. Open **Analyze → MAR Reporting**. Turning the phone sideways helps with the date columns.

## What you’ll see

A table with **medications down the side and dates across the top**.

Each medication row shows the medication’s name, quantity/dosage, route, and scheduled times. As-needed medications are marked **PRN**.

Each date cell shows that day’s **administrations**. For each one you’ll see:

- **Time and status** — **given**, **skipped**, or **refused**
- **Who administered it**
- **Details** where they apply — dose or time differences from the schedule, a reason, an outcome, and PRN effectiveness
- **Change history** — if an administration was edited, the cell shows what changed (from → to)

Days with nothing scheduled show **No record**.

If **weight** or **blood pressure** was logged on Health for those dates, **Weight** and **Blood pressure** rows appear at the top of the table.

## Date range

MAR Reporting uses the same compact date picker as Audit Log (arrows, or click the dates). The page reloads when you finish the range. There is no **Update** button.

It defaults to the **last 7 days** and **shares that range with Audit Log**. You can pick up to **three months**.

If the range is longer than one set of date columns, numbered pages appear at the bottom (**Previous** / **Next**). Page 1 is the most recent dates.

## Exporting

MAR Reporting offers:

- **Export PDF** — a formatted medication record for the months you pick, including Weight and Blood pressure rows when those were logged
- **Export XLS** — a spreadsheet of the medication administrations (not weight or blood pressure)

For counted medications, the per-medication count report also exports to **PDF** and **XLS**.

## Common questions

- **I don’t see the MAR Reporting tab.** — Check that the profile has MAR tracking on, that your plan includes MAR, and that you have MAR access for that profile. Use the **website** (including a phone browser). The mobile app does not have this tab.
- **A day shows “No record.”** — Nothing was scheduled or logged for that medication on that day.
- **I don’t see Weight or Blood pressure.** — Those rows only appear when those readings were logged on Health in the dates you picked. Sleep, exercise, and water stay on the Audit Log.
- **An administration looks edited.** — The cell shows the change history (from → to) so you can see what was adjusted.
