The **Dashboard** is BEHCA’s reporting view for **one profile**. It charts what was tracked for the person in the profile switcher. Open **Analyze** in the top menu, then **Dashboard** in the profile strip (with **Audit Log** and, when enabled, **MAR Reporting**). ## Who can see it Anyone with access to the profile — staff, guests, managers, and billing users. To report on someone else, switch profiles first. For organization-wide totals across groups, use [Admin Reports](https://support.behca.com/hc/behca-support/articles/introduction-to-behca-admin-reports). ## Where to find it ### On the web 1. Select the profile in the **profile switcher**. 2. Open **Analyze** in the top menu. 3. In the profile strip, choose **Dashboard**. ### On a phone or small screen (website) Use a **web browser** on the phone (Safari, Chrome, or similar). Open **Analyze**, then **Dashboard**. Turning the phone sideways gives the graphs more room. Use the expand control on a wide screen to fill the window. ### On the mobile app Tap **Analyze** (it may read **Analyse** in Australian English). The app shows **frequency and duration** charts for the current profile. The graph views below (**Timeline**, **Rhythm Map**, and the rest) are on the **website**. ## What you’ll see Buttons at the top switch among six views: **Timeline**, **Rhythm Map**, **Intervention Lens**, **Breakdown**, **Line Graph**, and **Overall Trend**. The last view you opened is remembered in this browser. On that same toolbar: - **Date range** — arrows and a clickable date label - **Export PDF** — captures the view you have open - **Expand page width** — on a wide screen, widens the card to the full window ## Graph views Six ways to see what the data is saying. How to read each view is in [Dashboard charts](https://support.behca.com/hc/behca-support/articles/dashboard-charts). - **Timeline** — every entry in sequence, so you can see what happened before, during, and after. Names of what you track down the left, days across the top. Behavior names are always listed (a day with nothing logged is blank). Hover a day for a summary. - **Rhythm Map** — patterns in *when* things happen. Hours down the left, days along the bottom. Colored marks are logged entries (a **dot** has no duration; a **longer bar** is how long it lasted). Tap a category name above the chart to show or hide its marks. - **Intervention Lens** — how a strategy looks against the outcomes you logged. Pick a **STRATEGY**, then a category under **MEASURED AGAINST**. See [Intervention Lens](https://support.behca.com/hc/behca-support/articles/intervention-lens). - **Breakdown** — what happened most, with **FREQUENCY** and **DURATION** side by side. Each behavior title is ranked by how often it occurred. A blank duration still counts as one minute. Turn category chips on or off. - **Line Graph** — how often the behaviors you choose happened, day by day. Expand a category and check titles. You can plot up to **10** at a time; that selection is saved for this profile. - **Overall Trend** — the long view: totals by category over the **last 12 months**. It does **not** follow the date range above. Chip choices on Rhythm Map and Breakdown are saved for this profile. Category names follow your organization’s labels. ## Date range Dashboard opens on about the **last 30 days**. Click the dates to pick a start and end; the page reloads when you finish (there is no **Update** button). Arrows move the same length of range forward or back. You cannot pick future dates. You can pick up to **three months**. Audit Log and MAR Reporting keep their own dates (they default to **7 days**). Set the view, dates, and chips first. The Dashboard has no spreadsheet export — it only produces a PDF. In Analyze, XLS files come from **Audit Log** and **MAR Reporting** instead.
