The **Dashboard** is BEHCA’s reporting view for **one profile**. It charts what was tracked for the person in the profile switcher.

Open **Analyze** in the top menu, then **Dashboard** in the profile strip (with **Audit Log** and, when enabled, **MAR Reporting**).

## Who can see it

Anyone with access to the profile — staff, guests, managers, and billing users. To report on someone else, switch profiles first.

For organization-wide totals across groups, use [Admin Reports](https://support.behca.com/hc/behca-support/articles/introduction-to-admin-reports).

## Where to find it

### On the web

1. Select the profile in the **profile switcher**.
2. Open **Analyze** in the top menu.
3. In the profile strip, choose **Dashboard**.

### On a phone or small screen (website)

Use a **web browser** on the phone (Safari, Chrome, or similar). Open **Analyze**, then **Dashboard**. Turning the phone sideways gives the graphs more room. Use the expand control on a wide screen to fill the window.

### On the mobile app

Tap **Analyze** (it may read **Analyse** in Australian English). The app shows **frequency and duration** charts for the current profile. The graph views below (**Timeline**, **Rhythm Map**, and the rest) are on the **website**.

## What you’ll see

The Dashboard is one graph at a time. Across the top of the graph:

- **Graph views** — **Timeline**, **Rhythm Map**, **Intervention Lens**, **Breakdown**, **Line Graph**, **Overall Trend**
- **Date range** — arrows and a clickable date label
- **Export PDF** — when your plan includes exporting; it captures the view you have open
- **Expand page width** — on a wide screen, widens the card to the full window

The last graph view you opened is remembered in this browser.

## Graph views

- **Timeline** — one row per category across the dates you picked. Behavior, environment, health, medications, sleep, pressure, and temperature appear when that data exists. Hover a day column for a combined summary. Moon icons sit above the dates. Weekend columns are shaded grey. If menstrual cycle is tracked for the profile, days marked as currently menstruating are shaded purple. Medication bars show given / skipped / refused counts (names stay on MAR Reporting).
- **Rhythm Map** — events on a day × time-of-day grid. Dots are momentary events; capsule length is duration. Turn category chips on or off. Hover an event for time, title, and category.
- **Intervention Lens** — pick a **STRATEGY**, then a category under **MEASURED AGAINST**. The chart splits at the first time that strategy was logged in the range and compares daily frequency before and after.
- **Breakdown** — each behavior title ranked by how often it occurred, with **FREQUENCY** and **DURATION** side by side. Turn category chips on or off.
- **Line Graph** — lines for individual behavior titles. Expand a category and check titles. You can plot up to **10** at a time; that selection is saved for this profile.
- **Overall Trend** — aggregated counts by category over the **last 12 months**. It does **not** follow the date range above.

Chip choices on Rhythm Map and Breakdown are saved for this profile. Category names follow your organization’s labels.

## Date range

Dashboard opens on about the **last 30 days**. Click the dates to pick a start and end; the page reloads when you finish (there is no **Update** button). Arrows move the same length of range forward or back. You cannot pick future dates.

The longest span is set for your organization (usually **three months**). Audit Log and MAR Reporting keep their own dates (they default to **7 days**). See [Charts and date ranges](https://support.behca.com/hc/behca-support/articles/charts-and-date-ranges).

## Exporting

**Export PDF** on the Dashboard captures the **open graph view**. Set the view, dates, and chips first. Spreadsheet exports come from **Audit Log** and **MAR Reporting**. See [Exporting PDF reports](https://support.behca.com/hc/behca-support/articles/exporting-pdf-reports) and [Spreadsheet exports](https://support.behca.com/hc/behca-support/articles/csv-exports-for-spreadsheets).

## Common questions

- **The graph looks empty.** — Confirm the profile, widen the dates, and turn category chips back on. **Overall Trend** uses the last 12 months even when the date range is short.
- **I changed the dates and nothing happened.** — Finish the range: click a start date, then an end date. The page reloads on the second click.
- **Can I see more than one graph at once?** — Switch views with the buttons at the top. Export PDF one view at a time.
